Our appraisals are provided for the specific purposes of insurance and tax evaluation or division of assets. Upon request an appraisal can include both wholesale and suggested resale prices based on current conditions. Harrington will appraise from 10 pieces to an entire house. The charge for this service is between $250 – $700 depending on number of items and rooms.
